How does the listing/payment process work?    (back to top)
We accept all major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal.com, a third party payment processor.  We also accept business and personal checks. Once your listing has been submitted and your initial payment has been processed your listing wiill be activated on CrossSeek.com.  All listing packages are billed annually and will expire one year from the date of submission. You will receive a reminder email about your listing expiration 14 days before it expires and on the day it expires.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?    (back to top)
Yes.  You may cancel your subscription at anytime.  You may either log into your account and delete your listing or just let it expire and we will remove it from our directory.

Is my payment secure?    (back to top)
Yes.  All payments are processed securely through Paypal.com.  PayPal uses the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of its members transactions.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my listing type?    (back to top)
Yes.  To upgrade your listing type please login to your account and select the listing package you would like to upgrade to. If you would like to downgrade your listing type please call us or use our contact form.


Do you guarantee I will receive leads from CrossSeek.com?    (back to top)
No.  We do not guarantee you will receive leads; however we are constantly promoting CrossSeek.com through multiple forms of advertising. Click Here to learn more about listing on CrossSeek.com.


What if my category or city does not exist in the directory?    (back to top)
If your category or city does not exist, feel free to call us or use our contact form and we will be happy to add them for you. Please note: Your city must be located in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex or surrounding areas.
